I reserve the rights of cancelling your petition if I don't feel comfortable with what you are asking for.

Don't ask me to draw in a different style from the ones I offer.

If you wish to commission something that doesn't match anything within my prices chart, we can discuss it, come to an agreement and set a price.

Depending on the details of the characters or background, the price of the commission can increase. More info about this is in the "Details" section.

If possible, please wait for me to post the image in social media myself first (if the commission isn't private), as the possible engagement is important for my account and people from my Patreon have early access for new illustrations.

Keeping a personal use commission private will come with an additional 50€ fee. The reason for this is that I won't be able to use it for promoting my social media and Patreon and therefore lose new potential clients.

By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service. Not reading them won't exempt you.

Repost the art giving the proper credit.

Print the art and make any merchandising as long as it is for personal use, not for sale.

Use the artwork as avatar, banner, etc, as long you're not making profit of it.

Take credit for the art.

Make profit with the artwork.

Modify or trace my art in any form (ask for permission if you need to edit something).

Post any sketches/WIPs I sent you of the illustration without permission.

Post publicy the unwatermarked and unglazed version.

Use my artwork for AI training.

I only accept payment via Paypal invoice.

I won't start the commission before I receive the full payment. I don't do payment plans.

Please, try to be available to pay when you send the form, especially if there's no waiting list at that moment. I don't mind waiting for a couple of days, but I won't save your slot for a month.

The price is not negotiable.

Payment will mainly be accepted in EUROS. If you want the invoice requested with a differenty currency, Paypal's conversion rates will be added to the price as well (You can use Paypal's conversor to estimate the price in your currency). These fees are automatically added when the invoice is in EUROS, so you're paying the same with either option.

I will be the one who requests payment through a Paypal invoice to avoid accidental transactions.

An extra fee of 5% will be added to the final price to cover Paypal's transaction fees.

You can ask for a refund only if I haven't started working in your commission yet.

I will refund the whole payment in case I need to cancel your commission for whatever reason.

I'll show you the sketch and wait for your approval before advancing. You can ask for changes free of charge in this stage.

I generally don't show any WIPs after the sketch phase has been approved unless I need to check something with the client.

If you want changes of the finished art, you'll get an extra charge depending on complexity. One or two small changes are free.

I'll try to finish your commission as soon as I can, but please I ask you to be patient. I may cancel your commission if you are too pushy about updates.

It may take 1-4 weeks to complete a commission once I get the payment, time can vary depending on complexity and my current workload.

I usually focus in one commission at a time in the order I receive them.

I will inform you if I have to delay or cancel your commission.

I need references with a decent quality. I won't accept too small and/or too pixelated images, I need to be able to see the details clearly. I can decline your commission if I don't have good references to work with.

I won't work with only a physical description of a character, I need visual references.

References for the background can also help to get an idea about what you're looking for.

I don't desing characters, this includes clothing.

Personality descriptions can help me draw the character correctly. But please, keep the description short and clear.

When commissions are open, please fill and send this form. I'll inform in my social media when I open or close commissions.

I also accept commissions through Vgen. Prices are a bit higher there because they already include both Paypal's and Vgen's fees (+10% total).

You can fill the form or contact me in both Spanish or English, but please have in mind that English isn't my first language.

If you are ordering emotes, please state how many and which expressions you would want.

You get the right to profit with the work. However, I don't allow using my works as NFTs.

Still, you are not allowed to claim to be the author of the artwork.

Si es posible, espera a que yo misma publique la imagen en redes sociales (si la ilustración no es privada), ya que la posible difusión es importante para mis cuentas y las personas de mi Patreon tienen acceso anticipado para nuevas ilustraciones.

Mantener una comisión de uso personal privada tendrá un coste adicional de 50€. El motivo es que no podré utilizarlo para promocionar mis redes sociales y Patreon y, por lo tanto, perderé nuevos clientes potenciales.

Me reservo el derecho de cancelar tu comisión si no me siento cómoda con lo que estás pidiendo.

Imprimir el dibujo y hacer productos siempre que sea para uso personal, sin venderlo.

Usar el dibujo como imagen de perfil, banner, etc, siempre que no te lucres con ello.

Decir que eres el autor de la ilustración.

Obtener ganancias con el dibujo.

Modificar o trazar mi arte de cualquier forma (pide permiso si necesitas cambiar algo).

Hacer pública la ilustración sin marca de agua y filtro Glaze.

Usar mi ilustración para entrenar IAs.

Solo acepto pago a través de Paypal.

No comenzaré la comisión sin recibir antes el pago completo.

Por favor, trata de estar más menos listo para pagar cuando envíes el formulario. No me importa esperar un par de días, pero no guardaré tu hueco en la lista de espera durante un mes.

El precio no es negociable.

El pago se aceptará principalmente en EUROS. Si deseas que la factura se envíe en una moneda diferente, las tasas de conversión de Paypal también se agregarán al precio (puedes usar el Conversor de Paypal para calcular el precio en tu moneda). Estas tarifas se agregan automáticamente cuando la factura está en EUROS, por lo que estarás pagando lo mismo con cualquiera de las dos opciones.

Seré yo quien solicite el pago a través de las facturas de Paypal para evitar transacciones accidentales.

Se agregará una tarifa adicional del 5% al precio final para cubrir las tarifas de transacción de Paypal.

Puedes solicitar un reembolso solo si aún no he comenzado a trabajar en tu comisión.

Reembolsaré el pago completo en caso de que necesite cancelar tu comisión por cualquier motivo.

Intentaré terminar tu encargo lo antes posible, pero por favor te pido que tengas paciencia. Puedo llegar a cancelar tu comisión si eres demasiado insistente pidiendo actualizaciones.

Puede tomar de 1 a 4 semanas completar una comisión una vez recibido el pago, el tiempo puede variar según la complejidad y mi carga de trabajo actual.

Te informaré si tengo que retrasar o cancelar tu comisión.

Necesito referencias con una calidad decente. No aceptaré imágenes demasiado pequeñas y/o demasiado pixeladas, necesito poder ver los detalles claramente. Puedo rechazar tu comisión si no tengo buenas referencias para trabajar.

No trabajaré solo con una descripción física de un personaje, necesito referencias visuales.

Referencias para el fondo también pueden ayudar para tener una idea clara de lo que buscas.

No diseño personajes, esto incluye ropa.

Descripciones de la personalidad pueden ayudarme a dibujar el personaje correctamente. Pero, por favor, mantén la descripción breve y clara.

Cuando las comisiones estén abiertas, rellena y envía este formulario. Informaré en mis redes sociales cuando abra o cierre comisiones.

Puedes rellenar el formulario o ponerte en contacto conmigo tanto en español como en inglés, pero ten en cuenta que el inglés no es mi idioma nativo.

Si estás pidiendo emotes, indica cuántos y qué expresiones deseas.
